I live in Raleigh and I have followed these guys since 1989, and the band I saw at the Marz is by far the best version of this band I have seen. I knew Leon very well as well as Billy Johnson and Craig Reed so I know skynyrd. Jackie wasn't there that night so there was a little something missing, no piano or organ to fill in, but the guitars and drums were great. I can tell you that the new guy Mike sounds exactly like Gary that its scary. This band never had somebody play those parts so well. James was good, but Mike is like having Gary in the band. Anyway, if you remember, I was the blonde in the white top dancing near the soundboard.

I must say that you made our Saturday evening at The Foundation quite special. I expected good (to have the nerve to play Skynard on stage)and I've changed that now to GREAT!
